A 6 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom pool home with a spa situated on the resort of Terra Verde in the heart of Kissimmee.

This is the perfect home for larger groups looking for a place to stay together and have a really social vacation. The living and dining room are just off the main entrance to the villa and are decorated in warm neutral colors. The dining table is suitable for seating of up to 6 for a more formal dining experience, if desired. The living room features a very comfortable sofa and love seat for times when you need a quiet escape.

The spacious kitchen features all the amenities you will need if you want to eat at the home including refrigerator with ice maker, oven, stove, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The high top breakfast table seats 8 giving the ideal social start to the day.

The family room is open to the kitchen area so the socializing can continue whilst guests sit on the wrap around sofa watching the TV or looking out onto the pool.

The first floor master bedroom has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The bedroom features a queen size four post bed, nightstands and entertainment unit with TV. The grand furniture gives the room an alluring appeal. The adjoining master bathroom is spacious and includes a walk-in shower and separate garden bath. Towels and additional linens are provided for your convenience.

The second floor master bedroom features a queen size sleigh bed, nightstand, dresser and entertainment unit with TV. There is also a walk-in closet. This room has a private bathroom with bath/shower combination.

Bedroom three has a queen size bed and the white furniture and decor gives it a Caribbean feel.

Bedroom four has a queen size bed with beautiful dark wooden furniture and matching linens.

Bedroom five is at the front of the home with twin beds.

Bedroom six is also equipped with twin beds.

The home has two more full baths. One on the side of the home for bedrooms three and five comprising of a bath and overhead shower and one on the side of the home for bedrooms four and six.

The loft at the top of the stairs has a day bed and TV so another place to escape and relax or extra bedding if required by your party.

The garage of the home has been converted into a games room so let the competition begin! There is a table tennis table, an air hockey table and a foosball table so plenty of chance to win at something.

The breakfast area and family room have sliding patio doors that lead out to the screened pool deck. The pool and spa are south facing therefore capturing the sun all day. There are four chairs and a table and two sun loungers for you to relax on in total privacy is not overlooked

Terra Verde is a gated community that requires a swipe card to enter, upon entry the resort has beautifully landscaped gardens and has a clubhouse immediately in front of you. The clubhouse has a reception area shop which sells newspapers and sundries and is a great place for guests to find out information about the local area. There is also a games room and video arcade room within the clubhouse and the IT center allows you to catch up on emails whilst on vacation. Outside the clubhouse is a community lagoon pool, beach area, fishing pier and a tot-lot for the younger children. For the sportier types there is a fully equipped fitness center, a sandy volleyball court and a basketball court. The resort is close to all the major theme parks, attractions, numerous golf courses and restaurants, so is ideally situated for a fantastic hassle free vacation.
